What is IPOP?
IPOP (short for Integrated Outcomes Pathways and Performance) is a computer programme designed to answer ALL of the questions asked by our clients over the past 7 years, within one package, including:
"How do clients come into contact with our service, how quickly do we respond, how do clients leave our service and where do they go?"
"How much do we help our clients achieve the outcomes that we hope they achieve and how do we measure, report and improve these outcomes?"
"Have we got the right balance between the size of our teams and the workload and how do we measure and manage our capacity, performance and caseloads?"
"How do we relate all of this to quality, clinical governance and risk management?"
"Can we reduce our costs without affecting our services?"
"How much should we be charging our clients or commissioners that is competetive yet sufficient to cover our costs?"
In real terms IPOP is a database that includes forms to make data access easy and pre-programmed analyses to extract answers to these questions and more. It can easliy be tailored to meet your own organisations structure, size and services, as well as answering your own questions at any time without having to carry out time consuming analyses.
How does it work?
IPOP works by asking for the information that is needed to answer your questions,
